Painting Party!
I have been wanting to do something with my bathroom for the longest time. It is so plain and boring so I picked out some paint from the hardware store and thought it would be a fun project for the holiday. We had a visiting missionary for a week that wanted to help so I said go ahead and paint in the circles I had already drawn. Some of the youth kids wanted to help. I think I will rethink that option next time! The finished project was not exactly what I thought. And of course there was paint everywhere, on the walls, the floor, the toilet and the kids. The circles are all uneven and some not painted clearly. And one of the youth boys took it upon himself to paint his name above the door so you have to read it when you are using the toilet. I was a bit frusterated I can admit but now everytime I go in there I smile a little at the "effort" that was made to help decorate the bathroom... :-)
